Freestyle Tapas and Fusion Cuisine at VYNE (@vyne_ph)

VYNE is nice tapas bar, restaurant and lounge tucked at the top floor of the W Global Center in BGC. I think the ambiance here is great; a nice view of the city on its large glass panels, high ceiling and tasteful interiors of artsy murals and a gorgeous looking bar as a focal point of the restaurant. I really thought of the restaurant more of a drinking place, but its actually a nice place to get a decent grub of freestyle tapas and fusion cuisine – familiar dishes with playful takes and interpretation makes for a more pleasurable dining experience.

Pièce de résistance of Ribeye steak, all 600 grams of it, food here is playful and inspired. Great place to hang out and savor some good small plates with drinks (tapas) or go for the more heavy, filling entrees.

Sunshine Kitchen's Flare

A homey place that serves awesome comfort food tucked away at the second level of Fort Strip, Sunshine Kitchen’s flare comes from it’s charming interiors and some really good food with bright flavors. And when you see porchetta on the menu and all it’s slow cooked, sinful glory; you go right in and try that seemingly nice place.

This is their porchetta, slow cooked goodness makes for a crispy outer layer and succulent meat and fatty bits. Meat that’s full of flavor, an awesome treat that’s not meant to be shared! 🙂

New Katsu Offerings at Ma Maison: A Fairly BIG Dinner for Two People + P2000 Giveaway

When Ma Maison launched their new Katsu offerings they decided to do it with a BANG and had a 50% off on their new offerings, being a big katsu fan myself, I did not hesitate to have this much needed return trip. I dragged one of my closest friends with me; a friend foodie / blogger, Rakee. We call each other bully. 😀

Japanese + Western Food at Ma Maison

Indulged in good food at Ma Maison, where we tried their Japanese-Western dishes. I was with PH and some other good people. Nothing beats good food and chitchat with friends. 😀 Yummy escargots baked with garlic butter! I’m not really a fan of crustaceans, but it was really good, enough to make me a convert. 😀

Desserts at Ma Maison!

After our heavy lunch at Mesa, we went to Ma Maison for desserts, it’s a Japanese – Western fusion restaurant that is under the Bistro Group of Restaurant Concepts.
