When in Alabang and looking for a good business type hotel to stay in, one place to consider is B Hotel Alabang, member of the Bellevue Group of Hotels and Resorts (BH&R), it’s a three star hotel offering great accommodations, one need not to stay in an overly expensive hotel to experience a great sense of security and comfort. It maybe a three-star hotel meant as a smart choice for business travelers, but I had a wonderful time here.
Stayed in one of their penthouse suites, and before I get to look around the room, my eyes got glued to these, welcome food for our stay, a plate of fresh fruits and a big piece of chocolate cake, decadent and not overly sweet.
Stayed here for three days, the weekend before holyweek, we get to indulge in the various dining options on both B Hotel and Bellevue Hotel and I’m very excited to post about it, stay tuned.

Their penthouse suite features a living area, spacious enough and you can cook there too, an induction cooker is provided, as for the cookware and other utensils, you can just request for one if ever you need it, the (hotel’s) kitchen would be more than happy to attend to your needs. I should know because on our second day here, I got too excited to try the tapa and chorizo de cebu (will be posted on the blog very soon) we got and I convinced Y to cook them so we can sample it right away. Just as the fumes of the tapa and the chorizo filled the room, I immediately called room service and ordered LOTS of garlic rice, sunny side up eggs, and some other stuff.
As for the master’s bedroom, it’s spacious enough, a decent work area to check your emails and whatnot as they also provide guests free wireless internet connection that’s been mostly dependent throughout our stay. As for the bathroom, it’s fairly basic with all the necessities and a spacious tub.
As for the all-day dining restaurant of the hotel, they have PRIME CAFE, the place serves good old comfort food, from classic local dishes, to a wide-variety of continental dishes to cater to their patrons and diners. The breakfast buffet is also served here, and every Fridays they have a nice spread for a lunch buffet, this is their take on our much-loved sisig. Crispy, fatty bits with a nice kick of spice, will definitely leave you wanting for more.
We had a great stay at B Hotel, a memorable food filled weekend with some of my favorite people. Special thanks to Jane Go of Sugar and Spice for arranging such fun filled getaway. We got to indulge and stuff ourselves with some amazing food! All of which will be posted on the blog so stay tuned
